Who We Serve
Enduring Spaces began offering long-term attainable housing solutions over 35 years ago. By partnering with community mental health programs, we have been able to infuse programmatic assistance into our housing program.
We have helped move residents impacted by developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders from institutionalized settings into homes.
Our Partners
Enduring Spaces works with the Chesterfield County Community Services Board (CSB), Chesterfield County Planning Commission, and other community partners to ensure our developments benefit the surrounding community.
Houses are developed to meet the needs of CSB’s clients, other nonprofit housing clients, and community members at various percentages of Area Median Income.
Our Offerings

Shared Residential Spaces
Enduring Spaces currently provides over 20 homes that offer shared living experiences, program support, and community enhancing care for those in residence.

Independent Living
We develop multi-unit independent living homes that partner with local care organizations and residents to offer community-building living options.

Bridge Grants
Often, rising housing costs, crises, and other uncontrollable situations put housing at risk. We offer Bridge Grants with low barriers, high flexibility, and sustainability in mind.
Our Partners
At Enduring Spaces, we believe in the power of collaboration to drive meaningful change.
We are proud to work alongside a diverse group of community partners who share our commitment to creating positive social impact.
These partnerships help us extend our reach, amplify our efforts, and deliver value to the communities we serve.
